Ah, Anthropologie … so pretty and so pricey. That’s why when I saw they’re having what they call a “holiday hosting event” I jumped on the chance to get 20% off everything I’ve had saved in my cart recently. Ya feel me? 😉😉 Then I fell down the rabbit hole and started browsing ALL THE THINGS and thought, heyyy this is what I’d get if I had a bunch of expendable income to host a lavish holiday party with overnight guests. Alas, that’s not the case, but I’d be more than happy to settle for just a few of these things because they’re just so good.
All of these pretty things together would make the most epic holiday tablescape ever. I’ve actually never been one to create elaborate tablescapes because, in all honesty, we don’t really have anything worthy of one at this point in our lives. 😂 When I think tablescape, I think special dishes and flatware, a tablecloth or runner you wouldn’t leave out because the kids would use it as a napkin, and other such fancy things that need hand washed and therefore don’t get daily use. Granted, some of the things I’ve chosen are actually dish washer safe (hello pretty gold flatware!), but others like the gorg plates aren’t. But if you’re down with hand washing a few times a year for the sake of owning something ridiculously beautiful, scroll on, these babes are for you!
Because this towel is too cute to leave out. 😉
And there you have it! Put a big fat check next to “tablescape” on your holiday to-do list and move on to “guest accoutrements.”
In fact, the first thing that comes to mind when I think about having a guest stay over is bedding. I’ve always loved Anthro’s bedding. Their designs are always so on point and the quality is never lacking IMHO. Granted, it’s a bit expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for, am I right? 🤷🏼♀️ And I’m totally digging all of these things together. The blush velvet pillow with little leopards all over it? Yep. Add to cart. They also have similar sheets here. 😉
I chose the sheets above as opposed to the leopard ones, however, because they’d look so dreamy with this quilt. I love mixing different textures and shades of neutrals. It makes for a pretty dreamy place to sleep, if ya ask me! The throw blanket below is very similar to one I have in both style and materials. It’s made of chenille and the one I have is hands down my fave throw blanket I’ve ever owned. It’s super soft and just the right weight.
That’s it! Like I said, these are some of my faves, but nearly everything is 20% off at the moment. So whether you’re looking to entertain guests or just buying gifts, go check it out the Anthro sale immediately because it ends tonight! And no, this post isn’t sponsored. Just wanted to share the good news with y’all. 😉
